Job summary

National Highways is recruiting for an Identity Analyst to join the Digital Services function. You will protect IT assets by ensuring correct access rights and perform identity assurance, privileged access management, and compliance monitoring.

The role requires analysis of access data, identification of risks, and collaboration with external suppliers to meet performance expectations. A hybrid work arrangement is offered with two days in the office weekly across UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a security or technical service team providing fulfilment and support.
• Knowledge of supplier management.
• Familiarity with first and/or second-line support of operational services and use of support tools such as ServiceNow.
• Able to use applications to produce reports and extract data; practical experience with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning, modifying, and deprovisioning user accounts and access rights to ensure only valid identities are active.
• Translate organisational requirements into enforceable identity controls and ensure lifecycle processes are auditable.
• Monitor identity-related security risks using data insights and patterns to detect anomalies and recommend actions.
• Provide vetting services and compliance checks for privileged users to protect sensitive systems.
• Enforce identity policies to ensure access meets business expectations.
