Job summary

Edenred PayTech is seeking an IdAM Analyst in Swindon for hybrid work. You will manage identity and access across on-prem and cloud platforms, ensuring compliance and SLA adherence while supporting internal teams and customers.

You will work with Jira, Confluence, and familiar authentication stacks (AD, IPA, AWS IAM), contributing to governance, process improvements, and a secure access environment. The role offers a balanced office/remote model and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Administer creation, change, disablement, and removal of staff and customer access to systems.
• Maintain a full audit trail of actions for accountability.
• Assist in managing the RBAC matrix for job roles and drift prevention.
• Maintain documentation standards with regular reviews and approvals.
• Proactively communicate issues to avoid bottlenecks or risks in IdAM.
