Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon is hiring an IdAM Analyst to join a newly formed team, driving the maturation of access management processes across on-prem and cloud platforms. You will administer user access, maintain audit trails, and support RBAC governance.

Reporting to the Internal Support Manager, you will ensure compliance with SLAs, resolve tickets, and help evolve authentication stacks such as AD, IPA, and AWS IAM.

Qualifications

• Experience in IdAM administration and RBAC governance.
• Strong auditability and governance knowledge.
• Experience in a financial institution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer creation, change, disablement, and removal of staff and customer access.
• Maintain an audit trail of actions for accountability.
• Assist in RBAC governance and adjust processes for new/removing roles.
• Maintain documentation standards and governance practices.
• Communicate issues proactively to prevent bottlenecks and risk.
