Job summary

Edenred PayTech in Swindon is hiring an IdAM Analyst to join a newly formed team driving maturation of Joiners-Leavers-Movers processes. You will manage Identity and Access Management across production, non-production, on-prem and Cloud platforms, ensuring compliance and timely SLAs.

Reporting to Internal Support Manager, you will evolve access controls, maintain RBAC, and uphold governance while communicating effectively to prevent bottlenecks and security risks in a high-responsibility role.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work in a small, autonomous team and pick up new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Administer creation, change, disablement and removal of staff and customer access to systems.
• Maintain full audit trail of actions for accountability.
• Assist in RBAC governance and documentation updates to prevent drift.
• Maintain standards via documentation with regular reviews and approvals.
• Proactively communicate issues to avoid bottlenecks and risks in IdAM.
