Edenred PayTech is hiring an IdAM Analyst to join a newly formed team. You will administer identity and access management across production and non-production environments, both on-prem and in the cloud, while ensuring security, compliance and SLAs.

You will help evolve access controls, maintain governance, and collaborate in a small autonomous team. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum in-office presence and opportunities within a global, merit-based organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering IdAM platforms and access management.
• Familiarity with RBAC and audit trails.
• Experience in financial institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer staff and customer access across systems, both sensitive and non-sensitive.
• Maintain a full audit trail of actions for accountability.
• Assist in managing the RBAC matrix and role changes to prevent drift.
• Maintain governance standards and documentation with regular reviews.
• Proactively communicate issues to avoid bottlenecks, debt or risks in IdAM.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organisation, and professionalism.
• Work in a small, autonomous team and be quick to learn new technologies.
