Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service seeks an ICT User Support specialist to deliver first-line assistance across the organisation from Birstall Headquarters. You’ll respond to incidents, guide users, and escalate when needed, with training provided to develop confidence.

The role covers a wide range of ICT services including Microsoft 365, user accounts, networking and devices. Hybrid working may be considered, with occasional travel to LFRS locations and out-of-hours shifts.

Qualifications

• A-level standard education or equivalent.
• An ICT qualification or practical ICT support experience is welcome.
• Good interpersonal skills for user-facing support.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line ICT support to colleagues across Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service.
• Respond to incidents and service requests, investigate problems and advise users.
• Progress incidents to resolution or escalation and contribute to knowledge base.
