Job summary

Lincolnshire Police are seeking an ICT Trainer to join the People Development team on a maternity cover fixed-term contract. You will design, deliver and develop high-quality IT systems training for officers and staff to perform their roles effectively and in line with standards and force policies.

You will deliver training across classrooms, online and workplace settings, assess learners, update content, and keep training materials compliant with information security, data protection and health

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, coaching or learning and development activities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong IT skills and enthusiasm for helping others develop technical confidence.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering IT systems training programmes.
• Supporting and assessing learners in operational environments.
• Contributing to training planning and scheduling to meet organisational needs.
• Working with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain accurate, relevant and up-to-date training content.
• Supporting quality assurance processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitoring changes in legislation, policy and best practice and embedding these into training materials.
• Promoting compliance with information security, data protection and health and safety requirements.
