JobsTrackR in Exeter is seeking a Trainer for a temporary role to support the rollout of the NICHE Digital Case File system. You will develop clear training materials and deliver high-quality training to users, staying up to date with system changes and translating technical information into user-friendly guidance.

The successful candidate will present to groups, work with Subject Matter Experts, and be prepared to undertake the Training Essentials Programme as required.

This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.97ph PAYE

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the rollout of the NICHE Digital Case File system, working closely with Subject Matter Experts to develop clear, accessible training materials and deliver high‑quality training.

They will stay up to date with ongoing system and process changes, contribute positively to team activities, and demonstrate flexibility, reliability and a strong commitment to coordinated training delivery. They will be confident presenting to groups, able to quickly understand and translate technical information into user‑friendly guidance, and capable of delivering training independently when required. Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a willingness to undertake the Training Essentials Programme where needed will be essential to success in this role.
