Position - IT Technician
Location - Leeds Salary - Up to 29,000 per annum

Skills Required -

Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of hardware components and peripherals.
Previous experience within an IT Helpdesk capacity
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities -

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Assist with the setup and configuration of software applications and operating systems.
Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
Document support activities, including resolutions and troubleshooting steps, for knowledge sharing and future reference.
