Job summary

Outwood Academy Redcar is seeking an ICT Technician to provide first-line support to staff and students and maintain ICT rooms and AV equipment. The role involves Active Directory and software deployment, with a focus on network and security practices.

You will assist with software installs, manage inventories, and contribute to health and safety compliant maintenance across ICT resources.

What the job involves
