Job summary

TEC Partnership is seeking a motivated ICT Technician to join the IT Services team in Harrogate. You will be on the frontline of the Helpdesk, delivering first-line support and guiding colleagues on ICT issues in line with policy.

You will assist Senior ICT Technicians and engineers, install software, configure access, and set up audio-visual equipment for classrooms and events. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Helpdesk or ICT support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
• Willingness to provide training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff.
• Assist ICT management and senior technicians.
• Install software and upgrades and manage access.
• Set up audio-visual equipment for classrooms and events.
• Maintain and commission workstations, printers, telephony, and networking gear.
