Delta Academies Trust is seeking an ICT Technician to join its ICT support team. The role involves maintaining the trust's ICT infrastructure, services and solutions and providing on-site support to staff and students across the Trust.
You will work with a growing team of technicians and support staff to deliver ICT solutions, with responsibilities that include ticketing, collaboration with schools, and ensuring reliable access to services for users.
As an ICT Technician, you will work as part of the Delta Academies Trust ICT support team to primarily maintain Delta Academies Trust infrastructure, service and solutions and provide support to staff and students across the trust or other agencies supported by the trust when required. You will provide on site support as required, tracking service tickets to ensure the required services are available to all users as needed. As part of the Trust's ICT team, you will join a growing dynamic team of committed technicians, engineers, and support staff to deliver ICT solutions across the Trust.
