Job description

Veritas Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ICT Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Kirklees. If you are passionate about technology and have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality ICT lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire students and enhance their learning experience.
• Maintain strong behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the ICT curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching ICT in a secondary school setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
