Police Scotland’s Digital Division is recruiting an ICT Project Manager to lead major ICT projects, ensuring that each initiative delivers on business requirements within time, cost and quality, and to support officers and staff across Scotland. This is a fixed-term 18‑month contract with a competitive salary and annual increments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ICT projects with delivery against time, cost and quality constraints.
• Knowledge of governance standards and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of ICT projects commissioned by Police Scotland or SPA, ensuring appropriate scoping, resource forecasting and revised work plans.
• Collaborate with ICT managers/supervisors to assign responsibilities and ensure delivery within time, quality and cost measures.
• Apply programme and/or project governance standards to ensure successful delivery.
