Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd is seeking an ICQA specialist to support inventory control within our Fulfilment Centre network in Peterborough. You will promote safety, monitor quality, and coordinate counts to maintain accuracy and accountability across shifts.

You will lead shift planning, analyse deviations, and collaborate with managers to implement improvements that speed up fulfilment and protect customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading).
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support safety programs and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts per network strategies.
• Measure quality and inventory integrity; provide proactive feedback to management.
• Plan shift planning and forecasting; assign and direct work.
• Identify root causes of inventory deviation via cause-and-effect analysis.
• Drive process improvements and develop team members' capabilities.
