Job summary

JDE Peet’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) lead for the Marketing & Sales Unit. You will lead the monthly and weekly IBP cycle, align demand and supply, and act as business partner to the MSU, coordinating with sales, marketing and finance to drive decisions and improvements.

The role focuses on scenario planning, risk/opportunity analysis, and implementing improvements including AI forecasting, while ensuring alignment with the global SCOS program and

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and weekly IBP cycle and IBP reviews with the local Demand Planning team.
• Consolidate and understand drivers behind IBP volumes; communicate with local senior management and Central IBP team.
• Analyze volume dynamics; identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions for leadership approval.
• Act as business partner with sales and marketing to improve demand forecast, service and stock levels.
• Anticipate capacity constraints or demand surges 18-month horizon with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate SCOS program locally and engage Demand Planning team to deliver expected results.
• Lead portfolio conversations with Marketing, Sales and Finance to action SKUs/EANs below thresholds.
