Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Analyst to support the Leeds-based team. You will help align capital expenditures and inventory with platform targets, while driving key supply chain initiatives to improve KPI performance.

The role requires strong IT and analytical skills, ability to prioritise multiple projects, and a pragmatic, data-driven approach. Hybrid work in Leeds is encouraged under J&J’s DePuy Synthes integration process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to ensure capex and inventory align with targets and savings.
• Minimise P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O).
• Convert local investment plans into upstream demand signals.
• Support strategic PIPO projects.
• Drive and support execution of key supply chain initiatives with line leaders.
• Asset management: forecasting Demand Signals for capex, optimize asset utilisation, lifecycle management and reviews.

We are searching for the best talent for the Integrated Business Planning Analyst role to be in Leeds, United Kingdom

As an IBP Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with partners to ensure capital expenditures and inventory align with platform targets and anticipated savings.
• Minimize P&L impact from excess inventory (E&O)
• Conversion of local investment plans to into upstream set demand signals
• Support strategic PIPO Projects
• Drive & Support execution of key commercial and supply chain initiatives in alignment with line leaders, focusing on critical Supply chain KPIs and goals
• Asset Management Process Deployment:
  • Forecasting:Ensure accountability for accurate Demand Signal for optimized capex forecasting.
  • Execution:Collaborate with Sourcing and Distribution teams on optimise asset utilisation
  • Ensure adherence to Monthly IBP Cycle including Life Cycle management, Commercial review meetings, Regional Handover, Risks and Opportunities planning
• Key business partner to the commercial organisation, ensuring customer and commercial investment needs are optimally planned and delivered through the end-to-end supply chain.
