Job summary

FDO Consulting Limited is seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager for a hybrid role with offices in London or Buckinghamshire, requiring monthly visits. The position reports to the CISO and focuses on delivering and improving IAM governance, controls and secure access across information systems.

Salary is likely around £75,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will shape the IAM strategy, drive the roadmap, manage audits and collaborate with Risk, Audit and Technology teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM experience including Joiner-Mover-Leaver process design and improvement.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and SIEM platforms.
• Experience of logging and monitoring solutions.
• Technical skills: SQL, incident management, DataDog (or similar), and cloud environments.
• Stakeholder management across Technology, Risk, Audit and Control.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership to teams.
• Proven ability to mitigate risk and inform governance roadmap.
• Financial Services knowledge.

Identity and Access Management Manager, Hybrid Working (Offices in London or Buckinghamshire and required to visit once a month)

Salary likely to be c £ 75000 + bonus + benefits.

Reporting into the CISO, the purpose of this role is to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Identity and Access Management capability, ensuring robust governance, effective controls and secure access to information and systems. You will develop the IAM strategy, supporting risk and compliance activities, delivering the IAM roadmap and partnering with stakeholders to strengthen security and operational resilience.

Key Accountabilities Include -

• Further develop and implement the companies IAM policies, processes, technologies and standards.
• Shape, maintain and enhance the IAM governance framework, ensuring policies align with corporate requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Define and lead the IAM roadmap.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand and implement IAM solutions.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation.

Experience Required -
