Job summary

Sky are looking for an IAM Platform Manager to own the One Identity Manager platform and drive its stability and roadmap. You will report to the Head of IAM and lead upgrades, governance, and identity lifecycle optimisations across Sky Group UK, Italy and Germany.

The role requires strong technical expertise in IAM platforms, stakeholder management and a strategic mindset for continuous improvement. Hybrid working with office visits in Livingston.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or similar enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, connectors) and directory services (AD, LDAP).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the One Identity Manager platform ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with IAM strategy.
• Lead the platform roadmap, oversee upgrades and feature adoption, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to optimize identity lifecycle processes.
