Job summary

The Fruition Group is seeking an experienced IAM Platform Manager to own the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, supporting thousands of users across multiple locations.

You will define the platform strategy, drive upgrades, govern identity lifecycle processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IAM and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager (OIM) or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, RBAC and Access Governance.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP and integration technologies such as APIs and connectors.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience operating within large-scale, multi-site or international organisations.
• Knowledge of VB.NET, scripting, GDPR, SOX or audit frameworks would be advantageous.

• Oversee identity lifecycle processes, including Joiners, Movers and Leavers.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain platform governance frameworks and operational standards.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and value.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across identity governance and access management.
