Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an IAM operations specialist to manage identity provisioning, access governance, and certification campaigns across Azure and SailPoint IdentityNow. You will handle incident management, service requests, and audit-ready reporting within established governance and agile delivery practices.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant access controls and continuous improvement of IAM processes using SailPoint workflows and ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise IAM processes and governance.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance, provisioning, and certification.

Responsibilities

Provide IAM operation support including incidents, requests and access reviews.
Manage SailPoint IdentityNow incidents, service requests and certification campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure access controls and compliance.
