Man Group in London is seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM Engineer to join the IAM team. You will onboard applications, configure the platform, manage recertifications, workflows and connectors, and ensure secure production deployment. Strong scripting, API, LDAP, SQL and Web Services experience are essential.

You will work with Windows and Unix environments, and Java or Python proficiency is required. This is a hands-on role in a large transformation program with broad collaboration across IT

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of IAM experience.
• Experience with SailPoint technologies, preferably ISC.
• Experience configuring workflows, onboarding applications, JML processes and integrations (API/LDAP/SQL).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Familiar with GDPR/CCPA and related regulations; CISSP/CISM desirable.

• Participate in planning, design, and implementation of IAM systems.
• Analyze and resolve IAM-related issues and challenges.
• Monitor and audit access rights to prevent unauthorized access.
• Contribute to IAM strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate IAM needs into requirements.
• Provide training and user support on IAM policies and procedures.
