Job summary

The AA is seeking an Identity & Access Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise IAM capability. You will drive governance, technical direction and measurable security outcomes across a complex technology landscape.

You will work with senior technology and business leaders to shape the IAM roadmap, ensuring secure, scalable identity services aligned with a modern organisation. This is a strategic leadership role in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Significant depth in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading or driving IAM transformation and governance.
• Hands-on technical experience across modern and legacy identity environments.
• Knowledge of modern IAM technologies including Entra ID, AD, identity governance, and cloud identities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and maturity of IAM capability, defining strategy and governance.
• Shape and deliver the IAM roadmap aligned to business priorities and cyber risk.
• Act as senior authority for identity security, engaging executives and delivery teams.
• Develop modern identity capabilities across privileged access, Zero Trust, and cloud identities.
• Establish governance and reporting to demonstrate control effectiveness and continual improvement.
• Lead and coach IAM specialists and foster accountability and innovation.
