Job summary

National Highways is seeking a Senior Identity Analyst to strengthen Identity and Access Management across the organisation. You will lead on incident resolution, metrics reporting, and the implementation of secure access controls within Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management frameworks.

The role is hybrid, with two days in the office per week, and can be based at any National Highways office in the UK, with travel for team meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing security technology or IAM technologies.
• Experience overseeing live technology services.
• Experience providing first- and second-line support and using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change requests for operational services, ensuring continuity and quality.
• Maintain and improve processes, documentation, and knowledge articles to align with policies and requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyse identity service metrics and dashboards for compliance and performance.
