Job summary

Keele University invites applications for an IDAM Engineer within the Information and Digital Services Directorate. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting IAM services across Keele, managing staff and student identities and access.

The engineer will integrate SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID and AD with ServiceNow and HR systems, develop API-based provisioning workflows, and promote least-privilege access with policy-driven governance. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
• Familiarity with API-based integration (ServiceNow <-> SailPoint) and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM services across Keele University.
• Automate identity workflows and enforce least-privilege access controls.
• Coordinate with IT Service Desk, Cyber Security, Applications, and Networking teams.
