Job summary

Warwick Employment Group (WEG) is recruiting an Identity Engineer for a university IDAM program. The role is hybrid with 18 months fixed-term. You will design, build, and maintain identity systems, ensuring secure access to applications, data, and infrastructure while aligning with policy and regulatory standards.

You will work with Entra ID, AD, PowerShell, and SQL scripting, supporting proactive monitoring and continuous improvement in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IDAM / Cloud services and security.
• Expertise with Entra ID, AD administration, PowerShell and SQL scripting.
• Experience with Office365 and AWS.
• ITIL Foundation and ITIL V4 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of identity systems.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into identity solutions.
• Own complex problems and drive robust resolution and improvements.
• Contribute to change management and release processes.
• Implement scalable, secure identity tooling aligned with best practices.
• Document knowledge and transfer skills within the team.
