Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Identity and Access Management Consultant to support complex IGA implementations across leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity and Okta. You will work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions in enterprise environments.

The role requires deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contribution to expanding Accenture's IAM capability

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM/security architecture experience.
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta).

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
