Job summary

Accenture Identity and Access Management Associate Manager role in England (hybrid) delivers hands-on IAM design and implementation with client-facing leadership across large-scale programs.

The role blends delivery, consulting, and emerging leadership to drive IAM transformations using SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity and Okta, with emphasis on governance, access lifecycle, and zero-trust principles.

Qualifications

• Extensive IAM / security architecture experience.
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta).
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Assess PAM/IAM practices and align with control objectives and risk appetite.
• Be the primary client contact for IAM services and ensure satisfaction.
• Define IAM architectures aligned with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee IAM operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Lead teams to deliver security changes in complex organizations.
• Engage in estimating, pricing, and opportunity management.
• Lead RFP/RFI submissions and competitive bids.
• Contribute to growing the IAM capability across Accenture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes.

Identity and Access Management Associate Manager

Location: England/ hybrid

Careel Level: Associate Manager

This is the hands-on delivery, consulting and emerging leadership level. The role is ideal for a seasoned IAM professional who combines strong technical expertise with delivery leadership and client-facing experience, contributing to large-scale identity transformation and security programs.

As an IAM Manager and Associate Manager, you will...

• Lead the design and delivery of IAM solutions with leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta), including identity governance, access lifecycle management, and authentication services, and serve as a technical lead for IAM platforms, ensuring secure integration with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directories.
• Assess the client's current PAM/IAM practices in line with industry best practice, and assess security requirements to meet control objectives and risk appetite.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IAM services, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Define IAM architectures aligned with Zero Trust, least privilege, and compliance frameworks, and oversee IAM operations, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement activities.
• Lead teams to deliver security change in complex organisations
• Knowledge of estimating, pricing, profitability, opportunity management.
• Lead RFP , RFI submissions for competitive bids and proposals.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, helping shape and grow the IAM capability across the practice
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes in enterprise environments

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Stakeholder management
• Business development support
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
