Accenture is seeking an Identity and Access Management Consultant in England with hybrid work to deliver IAM governance and administration implementations across leading platforms and engage with clients to understand challenges.

The role requires hands-on experience with SSO, MFA and protocols, plus cloud identity platforms; you will develop expertise in at least one IGA tool and collaborate across teams to drive successful outcomes.

As an IAM Consultant, you will…

• Support and deliver complex Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementations across leading platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Work directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver practical, high-impact identity solutions
• Build deep expertise in at least one leading IGA tool and contribute to multi-platform delivery environments

Essential Skills

• Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
• Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
• Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Desirable Skills

• Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
• Experience with PAM solutions
• Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
