Job summary

ASOS is seeking an Associate IAM Engineer to support the delivery and operation of Identity and Access Management services. Initially focusing on operational IAM processes and issue resolution, you will identify opportunities to automate and simplify tasks while building expertise in the IAM landscape.

You will own projects contributing to the IAM roadmap, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate IAM services, and driving security controls and governance improvements across ASOS.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology, automation and problem solving.
• Experience with scripting or programming, ideally PowerShell.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM operations including Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks; develop scripts and tooling.
• Contribute to design discussions, documentation and project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM services and user experience.
