Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking an IAM Practitioner to strengthen identity controls and governance. You will run IAM services, manage RBAC, CA and PIM, handle access reviews, and onboard apps with SSO and SCIM. The role blends BAU operations with automation to reduce manual work.

Candidates should have practical IAM experience in regulated environments, with strong scripting and collaboration across Security, Technology and Vendors. Hybrid working offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security Operations, Cloud Security or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure identity controls.
• Understanding of least privilege, RBAC and privileged access.
• Experience supporting access reviews, audit evidence and controls.
• Ability to write scripts and automate repeatable tasks.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IAM services across Entra ID and apps.
• Manage RBAC, least-privilege, CA and PIM controls.
• Run access reviews, certifications and remediation tracking.
• Onboard apps with SSO, SAML/OIDC and SCIM provisioning.
• Support vendor onboarding with IAM perspective and requirements.
• Maintain IAM documentation, runbooks and evidence for audits.
• Identify automate improvements and reduce manual effort.
