Job summary

Sainsbury's Identity and Access Management team seeks an IAM & AI Engineer to shape secure identity solutions across our stores and IT environments. The role covers authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management with a focus on AI-driven analytics to enhance governance and risk reduction.

Qualifications

Proven IAM experience including RBAC/ABAC and identity lifecycle.
Experience with AI-driven analytics to improve identity security.
Ability to analyse identity telemetry for investigations and improvements.
Hands-on with Azure AD Entra ID and identity governance tooling.

Responsibilities

Deliver IAM roadmaps aligned with security and product goals.
Collaborate with security, IT, and engineering teams.
Implement and govern AI-driven identity analytics.
Manage access governance activities and reviews.
