Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology is seeking an IAM Engineer to deliver identity and access management capabilities across enterprise environments in the UK. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, provisioning and directory integrations to ensure secure access to business systems.

Strong experience with RBAC, SAML, OAuth2 and REST APIs is highly valued, along with collaboration across security, infrastructure and application teams to

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering IAM/IGA solutions in large, complex environments.
• Strong identity lifecycle management and provisioning knowledge.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and directory services.
• Knowledge of RBAC, access governance, certification and compliance controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle management processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers).
• Deliver application onboarding and access provisioning solutions across IAM platforms.
• Implement and support RBAC, access governance and certification processes.
• Develop integrations using APIs and directory technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver IAM services.
