Randstad is seeking an I&C Contact Coordinator to take end-to-end ownership of booking and managing metering appointments for I&C customers. You will handle campaigns such as faults and upgrades, ensuring accurate capture of site access, safety, and customer requirements while meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating B2B metering campaigns and scheduling.
• Ability to manage site access, RAMS, permits and related logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder queries.

Responsibilities

• Schedule B2B metering appointments across campaigns via calls and email.
• Own site access arrangements, RAMS, vehicle hire, and ad-hoc requirements.
• Log and resolve operational queries through internal portals per SLAs.
• Log environmental, health and safety incident calls from field operatives.
