Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Schedule B2B metering appointments across campaigns.
• Manage site access, RAMS, permits, and vehicle hire.
• Log and resolve operational queries within SLAs.
• Support field operatives with amendments and safety data.
• Collaborate with teams to handle escalations and reporting.
• Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems.
• Provide flexible administrative support for campaigns.
