Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Grimsby is recruiting for a hands-on Hygiene Team Leader to support our busy factory. The role will involve working across the site to lead hygiene operations and ensure the right people are in the right place.

You will oversee staff training, supervise the hygiene team, complete post-cleaning checks, manage paperwork, perform chemical stock checks and liaise with other departments. You may also take on ad hoc projects as directed by the Hygiene Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Hygiene Team Leader or equivalent Hygiene and Team Leading experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff training
• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Ensuring compliance to hygiene standards and correct placement of staff
• Post cleaning checks to ensure tasks meet required standards
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly
• Chemical stock checks
• Liaising with other departments
• Completion of shift reports and handovers
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Hygiene Manager

Job Description

A role like this will vary and will require you to work across the factory in a ‘hands on’ hygiene role covering responsibilities of a hygiene operation. Additional responsibilities include:

• Overseeing staff training


• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place

Qualifications
