Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Grimsby is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to oversee training and the hygiene team across the factory, ensuring the right people are in the right place and standards are met.

You will undertake post-cleaning checks, manage paperwork, perform titration and chemical stock checks, and liaise with other departments. A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication and organisational skills is required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Hygiene Team Leader or equivalent Hygiene and Team Leading experience.
• High degree of self-motivation and initiative; good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing staff training
• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Ensuring compliance to hygiene standards and procedures to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Post cleaning checks to ensure everything is completed to the correct standard
• Ensuring that all paper is completed correctly
• Titration checks
• Chemical stock checks
• Liaising with other departments
• Completion of shift reports and handovers
• Ad hoc projects as determined by the Hygiene Manager

A role like this will vary and will require you to work across the factory in a 'hands on' hygiene role covering responsibilities of a hygiene operation. Additional responsibilities include:

• Overseeing staff training
• Supervision of the hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place
• Ensuring compliance to hygiene team to ensure the right people are in the right place

• Ensuring that all paper is completed correctly

• Any ad hoc projects as determined by the Hygiene Manager
