Job summary

Mitie invites applications for a Flexible Hygiene Operative at our Harlesden site in London. The role is permanent, full-time, 32 hours per week, with early, late and night shifts available.

You will ensure equipment is clean, maintain safety standards, and support the team to meet SLA requirements while delivering high-quality cleaning services across the facilities side.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

We are a food manufacturing site and so must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure. We are offering a minimum of 32 hours per week, but more hours may be available when covering sickness and holidays.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, the right candidate must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Must be able to work from 06:00 until 20:00 and available to do nights.

This role is to work in our facilities side and the right candidate will help support the team to cover holidays and sickness.
