Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Flexible Hygiene Operative at our Pladis site in Harlesden, London. You will deliver cleaning to a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, meet SLAs, and follow cleaning schedules. 32 hours per week, permanent, full time.

You must be flexible to work any day, including weekends, with shifts 06:00–20:00 and some nights. The role supports the team by covering sickness and holidays, helping maintain high hygiene standards.

• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

Please only apply if you are suited to the following. We are a food manufacturing site and so must be able to work at fast pace and under pressure. We are offering a minimum of 32 hours per week, but more hours may be available when covering sickness and holidays.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, the right candidate must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends. Must be able to work from 06:00 until 20:00 and available to do nights.

This role is to work in our facilities side and the right candidate will help support the team to cover holidays and sickness.
