Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Hygiene Operative - Chargehand to deliver high cleaning standards, meet SLAs, and follow schedules at our Harlesden site. You will lead night operations and handover to day staff, ensuring equipment is maintained and safety protocols followed.

The role requires basic English communication, flexibility, and a proactive, reliable attitude. Prior cleaning experience is desirable to help you quickly integrate with the team and meet client expectations.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.

• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
• Understanding and completing client requests.

This role is for nights, covering Sunday to Friday. Six nights a week 2230 - 0730. This is a working chargehand position, and the idea candidate must be capable to respond to client requests and handover to the day supervisor.
