Job summary

Industrious Recruitment is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join a busy bakery warehouse in Buckingham. This hands-on role involves keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised, and ensuring waste is dealt with efficiently.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm. Prior cleaning or hygiene experience is beneficial; food production background is advantageous but not essential. You will follow health & safety procedures and work as part of a team to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, hygiene, warehouse or production is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks.
• Good eye for detail and cleanliness.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and ensuring waste is dealt with efficiently.

About You

• Previous cleaning, hygiene, warehouse or production experience is beneficial
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Able to work on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience within a food production or bakery environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
