Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Hygiene Operative in Clitheroe for a Sunday-Thursday 30-hour shift, 18:00–00:00, paid £15.43 per hour (£24,075.38 per annum). This hands-on role focuses on keeping the production floor spotless and food-safe, using professional cleaning products and equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Location: The Compleat Food Group, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QD

Shift Pattern: 18:00 - 00:00 Sunday to Thursday ( 30 hours per week)

Pay: £15.43 p/h (£24,075.38 per annum)

Your Role:

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be:

• Jet washing equipment, scrubbing down the production floor, you'll be ensuring every inch of our factory is spotless and food‑safe.


• You'll use top‑grade cleaning products and equipment


• Stick to gold‑standard hygiene procedures


• Work as part of a close‑knit team keeping everything spick and span


• Play a key role in food safety and production excellence


• Be the reason our factory runs smoothly and our customers stay happy!


• Own your shift's performance, ensuring accurate reporting, team briefings, and equipment checks

What We're Looking For:

• Has experience in food hygiene (a bonus, not essential - we'll train you!)


• Is enthusiastic, dependable, and proactive,


• Isn't afraid to get stuck in and work hard
