Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a Product and Services Executive aligned to Apple & Service Now within the Workspace team. You will manage two vendor relationships, deliver expert knowledge, and support the wider business with enablement and commercial guidance.

You will communicate vendor value, build strong relationships, and collaborate on content creation to drive opportunities and customer success, with a flexible hybrid work pattern offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic vendor relationships (Apple & ServiceNow) is advantageous.
• Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to pursue relevant sales and technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Apple & ServiceNow within the Workspace team.
• Communicate vendor value to internal teams and customers through presentations, demos and training.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, customers and internal teams to identify opportunities.
• Analyse customer needs and competitive positioning to uncover new business and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate on content creation and deliver onboarding and enablement sessions for sales teams.
