Job summary

Nationwide is seeking an HR Change Consultant to partner with the People Partners and deliver transformational People Change. You will gather and analyse data to inform workforce planning and support consultation activities, including tracking data and handling change queries within our regulated environment.

You will work flexibly in a hybrid model across UK sites, collaborating with unions and business leaders while maintaining a high standard of care and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organisational skills with experience managing workload to deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable sourcing, managing and maintaining sensitive data through Excel and PeopleCloud.
• Experience advising on People Change activity within regulated environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with People Partners and Senior People Partners to deliver transformational People Change.
• Produce insights by gathering data to inform business decisions and workforce planning.
• Support consultation activity, tracking data and managing change queries.
• Investigate and respond to escalated queries from Ask HR and Unions related to policies and contracts.
