Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in attendance monitoring within higher or further education.
• Advanced Excel skills required to analyse attendance data.
• Experience using student data systems and providing professional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student attendance and engagement and report findings.
• Respond to student enquiries and manage a shared mailbox.
• Collaborate with academic, student services, registry, learning achievement and casework teams to align processes.
• Gather and scrutinise attendance data to identify at-risk students.
• Communicate attendance matters to students and support improvement actions.
