Job summary

Fred Perry is seeking a detail-oriented Wholesale Operations professional in London to manage order entry and coordination with wholesale partners. You will work with internal teams such as business development, logistics, and credit to ensure timely flow of goods and resolution of issues.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving ability, and experience in wholesale/logistics. A mix of office-based and remote work is offered with flexible shifts and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale/logistics is advantageous.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately by deadlines and support colleagues as needed.
• Send order confirmations to wholesale partners and review seasonal orders for anomalies.
• Maintain and update sales orders, including redating, cancelling, and withdrawing styles.
• Coordinate with Blank Canvas & Collaboration products and organise shipments for launches.
• Validate ASNs against sales orders and flag discrepancies.
• Update orders with new addresses/prices and provide customers with order reports.
• Highlight unplaced orders and push for delivery.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and provide information.
• Maintain relationships with customers via email/phone/video meetings and reporting.
• Understand stock holding to allocate stock and manage seasonal transfers.
• Prepare shortfall reports and communicate with BDMs/customers.
• Coordinate with Logistics/Planning/Production on labeling, packaging and delivery requirements.
• Arrange delivery bookings with logistics and partners to meet dates.
• Prepare export shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices).
• Create consignments and share with warehouses to meet delivery/collection expectations.
• Work with warehouses to investigate shortages or overages and missing cartons.
• Provide returns authorisation codes and manage returns monitoring.
