Job summary

Unum UK is seeking a Web Optimisation Specialist to own daily performance, optimisation and CRO for unum.co.uk within the Marketing team, driving UX improvements, accessibility (WCAG AA) and SEO to support business goals.

Hybrid role: 3 days in the Dorking office and 2 from home. The role offers a generous benefits package, pension, private medical insurance and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website content in a CMS.
• Strong understanding of website optimisation, including SEO, CRO and UX best practices.
• Experience implementing SEO recommendations and improving site performance.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy across digital journeys.
• Confidence analysing website data and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content to align with brand and marketing objectives.
• Support evolution of unum.co.uk including site structure and user journeys.
• Collaborate with digital agency and stakeholders to deliver site enhancements.
• Monitor performance, analyse user behaviour and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Deliver CRO initiatives including page updates, testing and journey improvements.
• Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG AA) are met and maintained.
