Qualifications

• RVN or MRCVS qualification required.
• Experience in customer service or veterinary technical support.
• Ability to collaborate with vets and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via careline.
• Provide technical and quality support related to products.
• Maintain CRM (Creatio) with accurate activity records.
• Coordinate with UK/ROI suppliers and wholesalers for orders and inquiries.
