Job summary

Tesco is seeking a UX designer to craft intuitive experiences across diverse platforms for colleagues and suppliers. You will drive discovery, design sprints, wireframes, and prototyping while partnering with Product Managers to define customer problems and test hypotheses.

You’ll champion human-centered design and work with agile squads to improve digital products, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across all work.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of delivered design work across web, responsive and native apps.
• Experience in high-profile design projects in a commercial environment.
• Passion for solving product problems balancing strategy, research and accessibility.
• Proficiency with current design and prototyping tools (Figma/Sketch/Marvel/Miro/Axure).
• Ability to use quant and qual insight to advise decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive and effortless UX across diverse platforms for colleagues and suppliers.
• Lead discovery, design sprints, wireframes, prototypes and service mapping.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify customer problems and test hypotheses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure inclusive, accessible design solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work using the Digital Design System and contribute to its evolution.
