Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a UX designer to craft experiences for a diverse colleague and supplier base across platforms. You will drive discovery, design sprints, sketching, wireframes, prototyping and service mapping to simplify complex journeys.

You will partner with Product Managers, UX researchers, engineers and writers to understand problems, test hypotheses and iterate designs. A strong portfolio and passion for human-centred design are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience across discovery, user journeys and design sprints.
• Ability to run workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand problems and validate solutions.
• Work with researchers to incorporate user insights into designs.
• Contribute to design system evolution and design reviews.
